This newly renovated ground floor studio is located just 2' from the beautiful Astir and Megalo Kavouri beach.Vouliagmeni Lake and Akti Vouliagmenis are only 5' away. It is also 30' away from Athens center and the airport. There are also many water sports to do and plenty of other activities. It's located in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood.Feel free to explore the amazing landscapes of Vouliagmeni and make yourself at home.

It has a beautiful and stylish decoration which will make you fall in love with it and make your stay as good as it can get. Every guest is welcome to our place and we hope you'll love it.

Environmental Fees are mandatory based on the Greek government legislation and are not included in the the accommodation stay price. These fees are charged per night as follows:
