The entire apartment is at your exclusive use!! Along with the photos I have included a floor plan of the residence, for a better understanding of the area.
You can access the apartment through the main building entrance where there are a lift and a staircase that can take you to the 1st floor. All communal areas can be accessed, including the garden of course.

Advantages:

The most prominent advantage of this apartment is the spot that is located. Situated on the western half of Vouliagmeni, on the top of the pine forest hill in Megalo Kavouri (Big Crab), allows it to be a few minutes walk from all the beaches. The nearest is Zen Beach, which is less than 4min. walk away. Only a few blocks from the infamous Astir Beach, the Vouliagmeni's Nautical Club or the center. Basically ANYthing you will want to see to do while on a summer seaside vacation!

The neighborhood
Gregory’s place is located in Vouliagmeni, Greece.
A safe and sparsely populated neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, it combines the tranquility of the countryside with quick and easy access to the center. Vouliagmeni public beaches and Astir beach are a few minutes walk and considered to be the best sandy beaches in Athens. A supermarket, pharmacy, bank and plenty of eating out options are all a short stroll from the apartment.

Getting around
Just outside the building, there is a bus stop. In a few minutes, it can take you to Voula and Glyfada or the airport.
