âą Bedrooms The flat has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and it is fully furnished with a vanity table, bedside table and a big closet. The room has A/C and access to the front balcony. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, a big closet and bedside table. This room has access to the balcony on the back of the flat (in common with the living room) and has also its own air-conditioner.
âą Bathroom Totally new, beautifully designed bathroom. It has a shower with glass cabin, a toilet, white sinks and some shelves to store towels and all the other amenities (both are provided). Further, in the bathroom, you will find the washing machine.
âą Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped, with all the necessary appliances and accessories to cook your proper meals. Coffeemaker, microwave, a kitchen with 4 stove spots, oven, toaster and kettle.Also, there is a table with 4 chairs and access to the front balcony.
âą Living Room Entering the flat you find the living room with its big sofa, which not only is perfect to rest after a long walk through the city centre but also it becomes an additional double bed. Sofa table and flat-tv for comfortable and laid back moments are also provided. Further, the living room has also a dinner table with 4 chairs. The nice lights and decoration donate to a cozy feeling. Also with direct access to the balcony on the back (the one in common with the small bedroom). Living room is air-conditioned.
âą Outdoors The flat has 2 balconies. The one in the front of the house looks over a pedestrian area. The one looking to the back side of the building looks to an internal and quiet courtyard. Both have a small bistro table with 2 chairs

The house is in the area of Koukaki. One of the best places to live in Athens! Next to the historical center, just at the feet of the Acropolis and the Filoppapou Hill, it allows you to explore the city by walking; nevertheless you have access to all the public transport, in order to easily reach the port of Piraeus, the international airport and the KTEL bus stations and all the major areas around for sightseeing. Koukaki is also very lively and has plenty of cafĂšs, restaurants, small shops, cinemas and of course all the services you might need (such as banks, post, pharmacies and so on).
*Please be aware that our rates exclude an additional stayover tax. For stays from April to October, the tax is âŹ8 per night, while from November to March, it is âŹ2 per night. This tax applies to all bookings starting January 1st, 2024. Guests are required to pay this additional tax directly to the check-in assistant who will be responsible for key handover upon arrival.
We had a lovely stay in this really well-located, well decorated and equipped flat. Host was very helpful. Great selection of bars and restaurants literally on the doorstep plus a fabulous bakery for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.
My daughter (25) and I had a great time around my 60th birthday in Athens. The apartment is a walking distance of 20 minutes to the historical center of Athens. The apartment is clean, good for up to 4 individuals with two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and two balconies. The street is free of traffic, but at night it is a vivid place with a lot of bars & restaurants. A great location for people who donât care about âwhite noiseâ at night. Nightlife is busy up to 2am, but the windows take away half of the noise. If you are traveling with young adult children, this place will give you some Athens-Street-Credibility theyâll never forget, as long as you do not complain about the noise. Give them the room closer to the street (2 beds) & take the room to the back (1 king size bed) for yourself. We found a family driven Taverna at the corner on the left-hand side in the same street, which is unbelievable cheap in pricing, but unbelievable good in quality, at the same time. Cool couples & families & individuals will like it. So we did.
