Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort

The worst and most disgusting apartment ever.

Was a nightmare for me and my family to stay in this apartment. We we stayed there only 2 nights. We had booked for 7 days. The hostess she was unacceptable, rude and not helpful at all. Thanks to Hotels.com we manage to take some of the money back. I would not recommend anyone else to stay in this apartment, let alone book an apartment from this office and the company that manages the houses. They are awful, they ruined my holiday. It's the worst I've come across.All they care about is money. I hope no rental platform will cooperate with them. I hope I helped some people not to rent a house from this office.
