The space

Guests will have access to all 1000 square meters patio of the property being able to familiarize themselves to local flora, natural grasses and wild aromatic plants characteristic of the area’s habitat. In addition, to the private garden of the villa (300 m²) there is an outdoor lounge with barbeque and sunbeds.The outdoor areas are a treat; Amazing gathering spots include lounging and alfresco dinning sections on the various layers of the property, either protected from the sun and winds or ideal for sunbathing.

The upper floor of the residence consists of 2 double bedrooms with king size beds, 1 bathroom, 1 living area along with the kitchen. There is a dining table for 4 persons and two sofas, one of which can easily be transformed to a double bed.

The lower floor consists of 1 double bedroom with queen size bed, 1 bathroom and a traditional fireplace. There is a dining table for 6 persons and two sofas, one of which can easily be transformed to a double bed.
Both kitchens are fully equipped with all necessary amenities.
The two floors are independent ( with separate entrance door) to each other for extra privacy when needed. Outside, the house is surrounded by a spacious veranda with comfortable garden furniture and an outdoor shower. An outdoor shower is also provided.
The property is air-conditioned and comes with Wi-Fi and TV's.

A 5-minute car drive can take you to stores for you shopping needs at the suburbs of Anavyssos or a 10-minute car drive to port of Lavrio.

The neighborhood

Palaia Fokaia is situated near the Saronic Gulf coast, at the foot of the Olympos hill (487 m) and only 15 minutes drive from the famous Cape Sounio, where the temple of Poseidon lies for centuries. It is 2 km north of Anavissos, 4 km east of Saronida, 10 km west of Lavrio, 34 km southeast of Athens city center and 31 km of Athens International Airport. The Greek National Road 91 (Athens - Sounion) passes south of the town, along the coast. A plethora of beaches can be reached within 5 minutes by car.

For some extra pleasure try scuba diving with experienced trainers in the numerous interesting areas of the Saronic Gulf, or do water sports in the Anavyssos Gulf (kite surf, wind surf etc.). For even more action try Parapente, Hang gliding, Paragliding up on the Olympos hill.

-Since 2017 income from short term lease of real estate has to be declared to the Greek Taxisnet system. The agreement includes necessarily the passport number, the address of permanent residence and the country of origin of the foreigner.
-The house operates with septic tank therefore it is very important not to throw paper in the toilet or any other material as this could cause overflow and major damages.
-Please turn off air conditions and water heater always before leaving the house because severe damage may be caused.
