Our food was cold and the food also the sweet potato fries and the fried oysters tasted bad cause the grease was too okd

We were placed in a room that had, according to the check in clerk, that was just remodeled. The bathroom sink would not drain. A maintenance man came but could not fix it and the hotel had us moved to another room which according to the manager, was just renovated and we wentre the first occupants. The bathroom sink drain was not installed properly and the bathroom sink flooded due to this. We were again given another room which was an upgrade to a suite for our second night stay. All in all it was two moves one on Friday and another on Saturday.

Comfortable and walkable

This is always our favorite place to stay in Athens. We can walk downtown.

Great Location and Right in the middle of Ohio Uni

The hotel was going through renovation and for the most part, the hotel was comfortable but there water temperature was low I like taking hot showers, and the water was lukewarm. The staff was amazing and very accommodating.

Not worth the price

I had high hopes for this property, but was sorely disappointed at the overall condition of the hotel and our room. The beds were haphazardly made, there was mildew throughout the shower, and the bath towels were the size of a foot towel. At the end of the hall was a large bin of dirty bedding that stayed there for the entire weekend. I realize this hotel probably gets booked often, but they need to invest in updating and cleaning the existing rooms. The restaurant was very good, though.
