Welcome to Villa Amorata, a bright and tranquil retreat that was our family home for 18 years and is now ready to welcome you for a memorable stay. Located just a few minutes from the sandy beach of Schinias and the unique pine forest, the villa offers the perfect balance between relaxation and natural beauty.



On the ground floor, you will find a spacious and comfortable living room ideal for two guests, ideal for relaxing moments, along with a dining area perfect for enjoying meals together. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals with ease, just like at home. On the same level, there is also a bedroom and a bathroom, offering extra convenience and comfort.



The villa features a total interior space of 230 sqm, with four spacious bedrooms, large verandas, and a lush private garden, where you can enjoy your morning coffee, family meals, or peaceful evenings under the stars. The outdoor area provides privacy, relaxation, and a safe environment for children.

Nearby beaches include Karavi Beach (2.5 km), Agios Panteleimonas Beach (5 km), Marathon Beach (6 km), Brexiza Beach (8 km), and Dikastika Mini Beach (8 km).
