Villa Dimitra - Apartment

Dear guests,

Our property is located in a 9000m2 garden where we harvest olives and other different fruits. Of course, our guests are welcome to taste our olives, our oil and fruits. The house is surrounded by lawn, so children can play outside very well. You will enjoy the beautiful view from our house, no matter where you stand you can see the sea or the mountains of Attica. We live in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, but you can still reach everything very quickly and easily. The port of Rafina, the metro and tram station "Pallini" and the fair "Metropolitan" are only 4km away. The airport is only 5km away. The Attiki Odos is 800m far, so you can also take many day trips by car. The zoo of Attica & one of the largest shopping centers in Athens is only 1 km away. Beaches are easy and quick to reach.

All rooms are bright, spacious, fully equipped, family and child friendly, as there are no stairs or other obstacles in the apartment. The house has a large, modern kitchen and a bright living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an atrium and a sauna.

We have Wi-Fi throughout the house and ceiling fans in every room. The bedrooms also each have air conditioning and built-in wardrobes.
For the tourists who visit Athens and the surrounding area and do not want to party, our property is ideally suited. We also offer transport from and to the airport and port free of charge.

You will have a wonderful, relaxing and enjoyable stay at Villa Dimitra.

Beautiful apartment!

We absolutely loved this charming apartment! It was super clean, very spacious, and the host was extremely helpful. It was nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of the city. There are beautiful views from this location. We were able to walk about 15 minutes to a great restaurant. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer!We did have a slight issue ordering a transfer for this location. We used the address listed on VRBO’s app, but that was not correct. We had to then give our driver the latitude/longitude coordinates the host provided in order to find the home.

Safe, private and clean

This modern, spotless apartment is part of a private home beautifully situated in an olive grove and orchard. The hosts were very hospitable, leaving us olive oil, olives, and jams produced from the property. The security and privacy here were perfect for our last two nights in Greece. It was an easy drive to the airport from here.

Beautiful view at a secure villa!

This villa is a perfect stay if you’re looking for a reprieve from the city with a beautiful view. The property has an expansive outdoor space for you to explore and a lovely outdoor seating area. It has a high level security system and is only about 20 min from the airport. Ioannis was great to communicate with and very accommodating. Very pleasant stay!

Best experience and stay

We loved this property! It was very clean, the host was the best. We got to try some olives, olive oil, and marmalade fresh from the property. The host was so helpful and accommodating. Close to the airport and easy to get to the city. Definitely recommend!
