This was an absolutely wonderful place to stay for my friends and I. Just a short drive to downtown and yet in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. Good food selection nearby. The home was roomy and comfortable. I would definitely recommend anyone staying here!

We had a great time! The space was large and roomy! Perfect for our 3 kids! There is a closet big enough for a pack b play, which is always so nice when traveling with kids. It was clean without clutter! It had everything we needed. The owners were very responsive and kind. will stay again if we go back to Atlanta!

Overall, our brief stay was fine. We appreciated Marceau’s responsiveness and the place itself is nice. However, our main issue was the downstairs bed. It was incredibly creaky and loud every time one of us moved or turned over, and not supportive or very comfortable, so we didn’t sleep well. There were also some cosmetic issues, like a hole in the ceiling where a smoke detector was or a faucet missing a knob. A few fixes like that would make guests feel more comfortable. But parking was easy and we had what we needed.

The host was extremely kind and responsive so I really dislike having to give a poor review but being dishonest because I like the host doesn't make the place better. It is an older place so I didn't expect everything to be perfect but it was not in the best shape it could be. It was not clean, many things were broken or missing. One of the beds was extremely uncomfortable. There were just too many negative things to say and not enough good ones. The neighborhood seems lovely and not too far from anything you want and as I said, the host is very likable. This could be a nice place to stay with some work. I booked according to the initial reviews which were very good but after staying, went back to the reviews and saw that subsequent reviews weren't as good.

Host was very easy to communicate with prior to arrival.Parking was a nightmare. I had to run out in my pajamas to help the person in another back out without hitting my vehicle because the unit I booked has to park parallel with building right next to the door leaving little room for other residents to get past in their vehicles. Downstairs bedroom is needs some repair; missing air vent cover and very uncomfortable bed with no box spring that squeaks loudly every time you turn over. Upstairs air set to 78 so very hot upon arrival. Every door squeaks loudly when opening or closing. Home really needs some basic care. Also, no toilet paper in upstairs bathroom. Bedding left in the dryer by previous renters or cleaning staff. Hair on the downstairs bathroom wall and tub.

The location was great. The property has deferred maintenance. The downstairs needed a deep clean. The upstairs also needed a coat of paint. Both mattresses and frames where creaky. And very uncomfortable.And the couch was very uncomfortable also. Will not stay there again.
