Apartment was clean & comfortable and access was straightforward. Front desk staff were warm & welcoming. Pay parking on same block.We ate meals out & were not affected by the lack of flatware. We were affected, tho, by non-functioning hair dryer & received no response from landlord to rectify. Apartment tenants were very quiet; peaceful. Outside noise was loud from 6-8 people who hung out all day at the corner liquor store. There was also music that played day & most of the night. Don’t know where it was piped from. Apartment was walking distance to everything we did such as aquarium, centennial park, Mercedes Benz stadium.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Good location close to everything we wanted to do and see. We were able to just scooter and use public transportation. The inside of the place has been updated. We didn’t use the kitchen at all. We were a little skeptical only because of the mixed reviews that we encountered but it didn’t deter us since we were planning on eating out anyway. The reason for just an “ok” review was that my son and I were there and the advertisement for the unit really suggested that the second person would have a good place to sleep. They did have a “rollaway” which was a bit of an abomination. They “mattress” for it was incredibly flat and uncomfortable. They also had a small couch that folded flat - akin to a futon. It worked fine - okay so to speak. And they had sheet but no comforter or blanket. We didn’t say anything the first night since it was so late, but first thing in the morning after doing a thorough search of the unit, including the closet where we found the sheets, I reached out to the host to ask for some sort of blanket or comforter. I did so early in the morning so that would give them time to at least respond and hopefully provide something. We didn’t hear back until the following morning after we had left for good. Not cool to pay for something so essential and not have it at all and then not have any correspondence when reaching out. Would stay here as a couple but not with a needed other bed. And not expecting communication sadly.

The pull out bed didn’t work and I never got a response from the host regarding this. The other “bed” wasn’t queen sized as advertised it was a couch that folded down. I’m not sure sleeping 5 is an adequate description.

Location is centrally located mid/downtown area which is great for events. However, very sketchy neighborhood, you have people stranding outside of the building smoking, drinking and selling drugs. (The building picture is not realistic). The stove did not work displayed an error message the entire stay. (I messaged the host and received an “ok” response. There was no attempt to fix it. (Glad we had money to eat out. Pictures shows an extra bed (cot) in closet it was broken and thrown in there with additional broken bar stools. I woke up and a ROACH was crawling in my bed. Lastly, at time of checkout the door would not lock. I messaged the host asking how to lock it advising it would not lock and the host never responded. Apartment can use a real thorough cleaning and exterminating.Spend your money elsewhere; no need to be worried about your safety and ROACHES.

Condo was nice, however stove top didn’t work and the oven needed to be cleaned. Parking in the paid lot is a joke. There were homeless people loitering around outside. I’m glad I wasn’t traveling alone. Every night we had to go downstairs to the parking lot to extend for another 24 hours. We tried on our phones but it wouldn’t let us.

We came for the Atlanta Mart. The apartment was super close to the mart so that was really nice. But everything else was just not great! The carpets were horribly stained. The unit was dirty overall. The bedding was less than adequate- actually it felt a lot like a college dorm quality. The stove was blinking error. But we did eat out for dinner so that wasn’t a problem for us. It needed an overall update. But the worst part was the rugs. Felt like I couldn’t take my shoes off.

Sadly, the property was not quite as described on site. Upon arriving, the restroom had tape across the toilet saying it had been cleaned. Unfortunately, it had two human hairs on the toilet seat. The kitchen utensils had food particles stuck to them. One of the cutting boards had a lime with two human hairs on it stored underneath the cabinet. The shower nozzle would come off every time you turned the water on, the bedroom door handle would come off anytime you tried to open the door. I had purchased food to cook meals from the property, but unfortunately the oven does not work or the stove top! This was an unexpected expense that I had not planned on. I had trouble several times with locking the door, using the keypad upon exiting the property. I spoke with the property owner and let him know that several things needed to be addressed. he said he would speak with the property management and have things fixed and also talk with the cleaning team so they could do a better job. Hopefully these things will happen
 will not be staying here in the future!

Visit to Aquarium

The condo was in a perfect location to all Atlanta attractions. The condo was clean and comfortable. The shower was very hot with great water pressure. The bedroom had a very comfortable mattress and pillows. Would definitely stay here again.
