Lakewood Heights is a quiet residential neighborhood close to downtown Atlanta. The area is very urban and feels such - you are smack in the middle of a huge metropolitan area - and the neighborhood is rapidly gentrifying. You'll find numerous homes restored to their previous glory next to new construction, as well as homes still in need of renovation.
Our guests love how close the neighborhood is to Atlanta favorites and conferencing sites and the rarity to find such a large home so close in to the city.

Atlanta is a "car-city"! We recommend renting or bringing a car for getting around the city. Parking is plentiful at the house and relatively cheap around the city as well.

We had an amazing stay! The property was very clean and spacious, and everything looked exactly like the photos. The beds were comfortable, and we loved the charm of the old house paired with the modern renovations. You can really tell a lot of care and detail went into the updates. There were 11 of us, and we still had plenty of space to spread out and relax. A big thank you to the hostess for the excellent step-by-step communication throughout our stay. Great stay for Big South

Our group of 10 had a very comfortable stay for the Big South tournament. Four families stayed here together, and we appreciated having lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. The large kitchen island was a great for feeding players and families during the busy weekend. The host was very responsive throughout the stay and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Parking for 4 cars in the driveway was perfect. Fifteen minutes to GWCC made it a convenient location for our time in Atlanta.

Beautiful and spacious home

Stayed here with six adults and one teen. The home is beautiful, just as shown in the listing photos. Easily Uber’ed to downtown and Mercedes Benz stadium multiple times. As some reviews have indicated, it’s a neighborhood that is being revamped, with a number of newly remodeled homes like this one interspersed with those that have not yet been. But that had no impact on our stay — will happily stay again in the future!

Cute home with plenty of space

My family and i came to ATL for business and for play. It was mini reunion of our families and mom. The home was nicely renovated and had everything you needed. There were 9 of us and everyone had a bed. We did see a few bugs but overall the place was clean. The neighborhood was slightly sketchy but we had no problems. The home met all our needs and made for a comfortable stay.

This property was nice and accommodated our family well. The only issue was the lady bugs everywhere but we are from Florida so it wasn’t a big bother. And the grand kids were busy catching them.😂

Property accommodated my family, everyone slept comfortably and each family had their own bathroom (deal breaker). Shannon the host amazing very nice responds right away and aims to make issues correct. Thank you. ATL was good to us

The property was very spacious and in great condition. It is located very close to many attractions which made our commutes short. It's also located on through same block as the historic Dungeon Family home to OutKast,Goodie Mob and Organized Noize. So My family got to meet Big Boi personally. We hung with the locals at Ideal Sports bar and ate BBQ at Georgia Boy Rib Shack. The food was great and the bar felt like back at home. I would recommended any family to stay here. The area is urban and old but we felt safe. It was quiet and has a charm.
