Ended up cancelling my reservation due to the condition of the property. The room smelled. All linens were damp from humidity. There was no weatherstripping around the door which allowed light to intrude. Motel had government-assisted residents (aka homeless) living there.

The property and room were both disgusting. I have never seen a hotel room so filthy. The staff came in to clean and actually disputed the face that it was dirty, unreal. There was a stain on the wall that looked like either dried blood or feces. It was horrible. I didn’t even stay there because of the filth and they still charged me. There are people who live on the property, it’s not a hotel it’s an apartment complex that needs to be reported to some authority because there are children living there. It’s awful.

Covers was dirty , the toilet barely wanted to flush , the shower looked dirty , a bug flew in my room . On the television no channels ( they came on after minutes of scrolling through). The door barely closed someone was trying to come in my room.

Had to wait an hour for someone to come to the desk, they left a number posted, but after 20 calls, I stopped trying. Then I FINALLY get the room, the floor is set & slippery, and the room & furniture were FILLED with mold & I have pictures to prove it... Completely DISGUSTING!!! I need compensation
