I feel completely defrauded by Expedia and like they stole my money. I booked trusting Expedia, but the hotel was under construction, dirty, and unacceptable. Neither Expedia nor the hotel mentioned the renovations in the listing. Unfortunately, I arrived at midnight with no other options, but I had to leave the next day feeling sick and allergic. Now they refuse to refund me. Either the hotel or Expedia must take responsibility. Thieves

Construction needs to have set hours if your going to have people staying there b/c here banging and clanging at 4& 5 in the morning was very inconsiderate for the people staying there. And the stale water smell is very off putting while me and my fiance’ stayed there for that weekend…and just overall need new beds they where not very comfortable…but overall it was cleaned nicely…they just need to rush the repairs/ constuction and make rooms feel more “roomy & at home”

His stay was better I see the upgrades happening. I will stay again. The you man at the desk when I arrive was not friendly at all. Seems to me I was bothering him. Had same room I had last stay before being move to another one. Room 220 was better this time no smoke smell and I can see out the windows. I love the upgrades though can’t wait to see what it looks like when done.

We asked for a non smoking room, the whole building smelled like cigarettes and more. The building was also being remodeled, we were not told and our room had holes in the ceiling. The bathroom tub had mold.

Gave no warning of construction!

The hotel was under construction and we were not given no warning. It was a mess. We checked out a day early and tried to give them a heads up the day after we checked in to see if we can get a refund for the one day and they said just tell the person tomorrow when you check out. The staff has the personality of a rock! This was our 2nd stay and won't be coming back. They should let guest know about the mess they are coming too.

Booked a double queen room. Upon arrival, was told there was not a queen double available. All that was available was a king suite, or king bed and a pullout. We had 3 adults who had been driving all day and tired. But since I booked with Hotels.com, I knew I wouldn’t be able to get my money back from the reservation. I paid way too much for a room that looked like it was from the 70s. Renovations were happening all around the hotel, but our room was horrible. Pullout couch was nasty, but the bed was comfy. When we walked into the room, the shower was on. Even with adjusting the shower, it dripped all night. Hotel wasn’t able to fix it.

It was NOT disclosed that this hotel was under complete construction. We had to enter from the side which was NEVER locked as it was also under construction. Pool was open but had a lot of debree floating. The hallways stunk! Staff was nice. But everything else was old dirty and smelled bad!!!

Not an exageration.

got to be kidding! I would not spend the money on remodeling this piece of crap. Now I see why its is the only “Motel” that had openings for the night in the area that it is located. Pretty bad when the bath tub is in such bad condition (12” area on the bottom of the bath tub that had all the surface of the tub removed with the fiberglass portion of the surface “worn” or chemical removed. Could not get nerve to bath in it. No breakfast or even coffee. No soap. Room had an odor and air system made noise and did not really cool. Bottom line is my fault for waiting so long to make a reservation. You should consider tearing it down and building a new motel. Location is very good.
