When we arrived we had been traveling for 13 hours. We were exhausted. The lady at the check in desk let me know the computers had gone down. I almost started to cry I was so overtired. She jumped into action and took my ID and credit card I used to book the room and managed to look up my booking and get me checked in manually. We were very grateful. The elevators are slow and make some kind of scary sounds. The room felt clean enough but was dated and worn. The ac fan was really noisy and made it hard to sleep cutting off and on all night. It’s a shame the building doesn’t match the customer service. Side note check out Puttshack. Really cool and fun. Make reservations online and go for the 2nd game - they’re only 9 holes. Food was good too.

Hated it! Would not recommend. Horrible customer service and rude supervisors. The power went out in our building and no one cared! We had to wonder around waiting for it to be restored and no one called us as they promised to tell us the lights were restored. Front desk snappy and rude.

There were ants crawling on the ceiling in the bathroom and on my bath towels. Also hair on the back of the toilet. I informed the front desk. But the room should’ve never been like that. Disappointed
