I loved everything about this property and my stay, however, when I first got there the elevator was out of service so I had to walk up 3 flights of stairs with 3 bags. Otherwise the property is amazing! Beautiful.

I was not informed of parking fee upon check in. Charged $45 just to park in their parking lot. Was charged TWICE for this fee. I was also charged a $300 “smoking fee” when I did not smoke. They refuse to email OR call me! The dispute line as well as the property manager. DO NOT STAY HERE! They will swindle you out of money and NOT CALL YOU BACK WHEN DISPUTED!!

Room was clean and nice. The bed was good but not as comfortable as I would like. The extra charges for parking and Internet was ridiculous but overall an ok stay. Next time I'll find somewhere that doesn't charge extras for breakfast, Internet and parking.
