Room was dirty. No towels. The smoke detectors kept going off. Microwave did not work. Front desk was rude. There were people trying to peek through my window.

The problem was that the staff did not care or help the customers with their issues nor made us feel welcomed.

Posted Oct. 16, 2023 on HotelsI spent 1 or more weekends a month for business like this trip. I found Masters Inn about a year ago and won’t stay anywhere else. It is a perfect match for me, location, convenience, cleanliness, hospitality etc and above all the value quality vs price. They did an awesome job on their renovations a little over a year ago.
