This location was perfection. It’s an excellent size apartment for a bunch of friends getting together for a weekend that hadn’t seen each other in years. Love having the full kitchen and you cannot beat a bathroom for every bedroom.

The location is great and felt safe. I would def stay here again. If you are traveling with kids and family would def take extra towels and some kitchen basics. We had some issues during check in but everyone was so nice and helpful, that didn't even feel like an issue.

I would suggest getting in touch with the owner a day before your trip to make sure you have the check in process.It is a confortable apartment but we did have some issues, like missing some pots, paper towel and toilet paper. The kitchen sink also was leaking.

Nice Apartment

Check in process was a little hectic. We were given the wrong apartment and then couldn't get keys to the correct apartment. We spent about 3 hours trying to get squared away. Also, the pool was not operable during our stay. The location was perfect; the apartment building is nice and full of amenities. Had it not been for the check in process, this would have made for a perfect stay.

Nice property, Not so nice check/in process

The property itself was good—much like what was described. The 3 bed/baths were perfect for my family of 6! However, the check-in process was sketchy, at best. I had to call the host several times to get information about how to access the property. Messaging the host was futile. Common amenities, e.g., iron, broom, and sufficient towels, were lacking.

The communication was really excellent despite other reviews. The apartment is pretty stark as far as amenities and supplies and short on comfort. The building is basically a college dorm. On the positive, the pool and gym are lovely and the location is good. There are only like 3 television channels, so if you like watching pickleball you are in good shape. I could not mirror the tv to my phone - I think the model was too old. The young folks running the building could not have been nicer -- even went out and bought us some hangers as there were none in any of the closets. It was not super clean either. So five stars for management and 3 for everything else.

Property is in a great location. Apartment was good for space. We loved that each person had their own bathroom.Like other reviews, check in process was messy. Management is slow to respond to messages.Digital key did not work on the front door. The security guard had to let us on.Front desk staff were great when we went in the next day to get keys fixed.There is no soap, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer or iron. The showers had no place to hold any shower amenities so everything was on the shower floor.Property management should really be more aware of what renters need when staying.

Upon arrival, we found dirty dishes left behind. The rental was very under-equipped: an empty toilet paper roll, not enough towels, no cleaning supplies, and a broken AC that wasn’t repaired within a reasonable timeframe. Communication was poor with slow response times, and the check-in process was frustrating. The FOB didn’t work, and only one of us could access the unit via our phones at a time. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay.

Great location, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were awesome. No problem checking in as we followed the instructions. Parking was great - no issues. Large vehicles are not great to get in and out of the garage but it can be done with careful driving.The microwave was dirty. We needed more towels and toilet paper. The host was very quick to respond. They delivered both items within 10 minutes. The apartment is lacking coffee mugs. It is very minimal on supplies. The beds are dorm beds. They could invest in better mattresses. The washer/dryer unit was nice to have. The washer moves/jolts when running as the bearings are out and need to be replaced. The a/c and heating unit needs to be serviced. It didn't seem to work accurately, but the weather was great, so it wasn't an issue. The filter has never been changed. The showers had no where to put bottles of shampoo, etc. unless on the floor on the shower. We also had to provide our own shower soap. The location was great. We walked just about everywhere. There is a convenient grocery store across the street. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. The main street is loud at night with sirens and honking. We got ear plugs. The checkout process was easy and accurate. Now that I know exactly what to expect I could stay there again because of the location.
