The entire property was dirty. The balcony was dirty. Upon arrival our pillows were dirty there was trash under the small sofa . We requested house keeping and she came an switched out out towels but left everything including the dirty bedding . Didnt bother to make the bed or anything. This Was the worst stay ive had .

The rooms were not clean at all. And the elevators were also filthy and smelly! I will never stay at this property again! The only great thing was that the staff was very kind and very attentive. However, that does not make up for the lack of cleanliness.

My room had ants in it and the front desk clerk offered an apology but nothing else. The night clerk seemed to be more interested in being on his phone and not getting out of his seat to address me with concerns i had about the room. The initial desk clerk that checked me in was very nice and friendly. The elevator smelled bad and the carpets were not clean. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was below average.

2 star quality. Old rm. Housekeeping missing items

Don't let the nice lobby pics fool you. The room is much older and dirtier. This should have been rated a 2 star or 2.5 star instead of 3 stars. The staff is friendly enough, but housekeeping takes forever to fill your needs, and is missing a lot of items such as extra pillows. Location is close to downtown, which is convenient. But it's not every walkable because it's right next to a major highway/road. There's only 1 washer and 1 dryer in the hotel. Luckily no other customers were washing their clothes, otherwise it would have been very time consuming to do laundry.

I initially booked one of the king suites but had to change to a double room due to mildew on the walls and base of the tub. The room itself also has a mildew smell. We had a great experience with the staff .

Hotel stunk.

The entire hotel stunk. Especially the elevator - both of them smelt like throw up and pee. The room was good enough but old. I just needed a hotel for 2 days for a quick trip and it was centrally located to a lot of things I wanted to do but I won’t be back.

Needs cleaner rooms

Staff was very personable. The room was pretty dated. There was no toilet paper and a bottle of cleaning solution was left by the staff. One of the lights wasn’t working. There was a stain on one of the comforters.

Hotel faces the busy highway 85 with not much around it. We reserved a room for 4 people. We had only 3 towel sets and the bathtub backed up the minute the water started running. We were there for two nights and asked that they give us more towels, take out the trash and have maintenance unclog the tub drain. They did none of those things nor did they replenish our room coffee. We’ll never stay here again.
