Nice place at the beach.
Athough I had no problems I did report a few minor maintenance issues to Nate. His customer service is unrivaled in the industry. I have extensive travel experience and I know A+ when I see it. Thanks Nate and the rest of your team. I will be back.

Great view!
Amazing view and nice property with a beautiful pool and easy access to the beach. The 3rd bedroom with the double bed is really tight. The furniture and decor really should be updated as it is very dated and in the case of the dining table chairs, stained. If you keep your eyes on the view outside, you won’t be disappointed!

All must wear pool tags!
Rented condo so my daughter could have 16 th birthday with friends. Only got 3 tags for the pool although I plainly stated I would have 6 people staying. Went to the pool and the lobby manager immediately came out harassing us for all 6 of us to have pool tags. He almost threw us out of the pool that I had paid to use. Will not stay at sands villa again.
