Access to the beach was great. Mobile home needs some work and outside yard, porch and shed need some TLC. Host said shower in master was being replaced. Pictures are outdated by years. Pictures are nicer. Must have been when they first started renting it.

Poor maintenance, storm door closer off the door sharp screws sticking out, potentially danger for everyone.Shower was taped due to cracked floor, not safe to shower. Sun room on the pic looks nice, but it was used as a storage room, walls look like they had a food fight with stains all over, towel holder coming off the wall

Excellent location and the place was very clean. We were pleasantly surprised by how large the homeowner was. There are a few “fix-ups” to the property that the owner indicated she was taking care of: front screen door broken, master shower floor cracked. The back porch needs updating and the laundry/pantry doors don’t fully close. But if you’re looking for a no-frills place to stay in a fabulous location, this is your spot. (Just don’t forget to pack your sheets and towels.)

Dianne was the most responsive host that we’ve ever been involved with. Not that we really had any issues, but she was very quick to answer and respond to our questions.The home itself is amazing! Very comfortable, and extremely well supplied. Previous rentals we’ve had required we bring many staples, but we found EVERYTHING that we thought we needed was already supplied by Diane!If I could give 10 stars, I would. The best VRBO we’ve ever rented, hands down.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful week! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. One of the best parts was how close it was to the beach. It made it so easy to go back and forth throughout the day, especially with a toddler in tow. It really made our vacation smooth and stress-free. Would absolutely stay here again!

Luxurious, pretty beach shack

We had a great stay at this well designed, cozy residence steps from the beach. The interior decor is too notch, beds are big and comfy, fully-equipped kitchen, two indoor dining sets, lots of outdoor spaces, beach chairs and paddle boards, even an outdoor grill! You step inside and are transported into what could be a seaside condo in the Caribbean...I could see a family of 4 or 5 staying here comfortably for months....will look forward to visiting again

Awesome place!

Diane’s place is fantastic! You can walk to the beach in seconds, it’s literally on the other side of a row of houses. There’s a cool outdoor grilling area and the inside is surprisingly large. Diane was easy to reach and helped with check in and assisted when I was trying to get the grill lit. Kids appreciated having their own rooms with TVs in them. Will definitely be back!
