SeaSpray 230 is a 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath, Oceanview Condo. Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom #2 has a Double/Twin Bunk Bed. Kitchen Area includes microwave, blender, Keurig coffee maker and dishwasher. Living Area features a Queen Sleeper Sofa.

PARKING INFORMATION: Each reservation comes with a 2 car Max parking limit. Pick up your parking passes at your check in office.

Rents weekly Sunday to Sunday. Rents nightly with a 3-night minimum stay, last minute or off-season only.

Please Note: Even though this is a keyless rental, guests must stop by the check-in office to pick up parking passes, pool gate card, and pool bands.

Boat/Trailer parking is not permitted at the condo complex.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
