Relax and enjoy the vacation of your dreams in front of one of the most photographed beaches in all of Ocean City NJ - America's Greatest Family Resort. Everything is beautifully furnished and provided inside and out so you can spend all your time relaxing and enjoying your family . The home is located in the prestigious south end of Ocean City just 6 houses from the most southern point giving you fabulous views and unmatched beauty. Relax on the large front porch in our white rockers and smell the surf. This 3 bedroom 2 bath room sleeps 9 comfortably. The master suite features a king bed with a private bath. The large second bedroom has a queen bed and twin bed with a large closet. The third bedroom sleeps 4 in 2 sets of bunk beds. Amenities include: a brand new large flat screen TV and TV 's in every bedroom, an open floor plan for festive entertaining, a new private outside shower and changing room, beautiful band new block pavers around the entire property and driveway, decorative floral landscaping around property, paved block patio with outside grill and furniture, and a large outside storage facility for bicycles, chairs, umbrella's and all your beach toys. You are just steps to the beach and closer to the ocean than most of the properties in Ocean City ( many beach fronts have 2 sets of dunes and this property does not).
ONLY FULL WEEKS AVAILABLE IN THE SUMMER FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY.
I WOULD BE HAPPY TO RENT PARTIAL WEEKS AFTER November 1st AND BEFORE FROM APRIL 15TH .

This is our second time staying at this property. We’ve selected it because it’s pet friendly and near the beach. Only downside is you’re reliant upon who is on the second floor for noise.

The property was wonderful! Everything was top notch and I loved being at the South end this vacay, the access to the beach was incredible! Family stayed with us in the beginning of the week and there was plenty of room for everyone. Recommendations for food and atmosphere include a short drive to Strathmere to the Deauville Inn. Great oyster bar and drinks!My only drawback to the property was it took the entire week for the house to drop under 70 degrees. It was a touch hot so remember to bring fans if you like it very, very cool like us! Hope to visit again in the future! Five stars!

Great Location!

We loved being across the street from the beach. Sitting on the porch in the evening, listening to the ocean was really special. Mary is a great host--very responsive. The house is nice and clean. The kitchen is updated. The only thing missing for us was a sharp knife and a blender.

House was very clean. Just as pictured. The location was amazing. Just across the street and you’re at a very nice beach. Check in was very easy and owner responded promptly to all questions I had about the house before I even booked the house. Great location; great stay. Property is literally a walk across the street to the beach so if you want easy beach access, this is the place. We had 5 people staying on 1st floor and was very comfortable. Pet friendly which we appreciated.

Stayed for a long weekend in January and the property was fantastic! As close to the beach as you can get in OCNJ. Check in/out and general communication was great and I would absolutely stay here again. A great spot all year round.
