Good, could be better but pretty good.

The resort had really good amenities, the pool was great, the restaurants food was delicious. However, it’s not close to the boardwalk location wise, the casino has a mixed if smoking and nonsmoking which is confusing. Instead of separating smokers entirely, they have them all mixed from one set of machines to the next, which is weird. The room was clean and comfy, very quiet around the rooms, you can def relax. Lastly, hook checking out, they hit you with a high tax fee, from NJ, AC, AND the hotel?? You get a trifecta of tax fees that you DO NOT account for. So that was disappointing to learn upon checking out, so bad communication there either from the front desk or management.

When I entered the room, I immediately noticed a strong, unpleasant odor. It smelled musty and damp, almost like old carpet that hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The smell lingered throughout my stay and did not go away. Was very uncomfortable.

dical, there was NO MEDICAL ON SITE! Or a First Aid Kit! The security was asking us stupid questions and they couldn’t send us an ambulance or a taxi to the urgent care in Atlantic City downtown without a charging fee. They were supposed to pay for the transportation especially if it’s a guest. But no instead we had to take care of ourselves and we were so frustrated that the manager allowed us to check out so we can deal with the problem ourselves and give mom better treatment at home. I am very disappointed that this resort had no medical on site and combined with the overrated features and less entertainment along with his overpriced fee and staff negligence, it is not worth it and is not the number resort in Atlantic City. Please fix this issue so it doesn’t happen to one of your guests in the nearby future. Like more safety measures on the pool area, self parking on more than one tower, and more entertainment features instead of just focusing on gambling. I will not go to Borgata tower in the nearby future unless changes are made to make the stay better. Until then, disappointed with the stay.
