Well I don't smoke but we had smoking rooms (my friend smokes) on floor 9 and couldn't see out windows Bed very comfortable

Rooms at Caesar's are really nice, great bed and awesome shower. Staff is ok. With the exception of 1 security guard, no one went above and beyond to be friendly. Restaurants are great, we had a most amazing meal at Nobu and the bartender was fantastic. The location is ok, but it's a hike to the what seem to be more popular casinos like Resorts, Hard Rock, and Oceans.

I was gonna rate it GOOD because we asked for NON-SMOKING Room but the curtain smelled like cigarette and/or tobacco. The receptionist was king enough to give us CREDIT. Thus, I'm rating it EXCELLENT

Check in was horrible. Had to wait an hour and half for my room to be ready!! Out view was the view of the room covered with broke ceiling tiles.
