Bartram Beach Homes is committed to the safety and security of all involved during a booking and we ensure our owner’s homes are also protected. Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through our third-party provider, Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up to date with rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification.
We will also be emailing you the short-term rental agreement to sign via PandaDoc. Great place! Nice and redone. Had everything we needed for the weekend, with the exception of shampoo and conditioner. However, we received multiple noise complaints by the house connected to the unit, around 9pm. Was not being super loud and it was at an early time, so for this reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. But overall great place to stay!!

The house was very pleasant very clean.Excellent neighborhood is friendly nice residential Street. 21/2 blocks to beach on foot . On the north side half block to bayside promenade to view sunsets. As well close to cafes and good restaurants.

The team was so wonderfully helpful when we needed support. To make a long story short, I ended up see two properties that are managed by this team and they were each equally beautiful, clean, well appointed, and perfectly located! Looking forward to coming back again soon! Truly can’t say enough great things about the property and management!
