    Great location for our family very near the boardwalk and beach - and the local soccer tournament. Property was clean, having the newest appliances and electronics. Bedrooms were sizable and comfortable.We were challenge with the heat not working for our entire November stay. Combination with thermostat issues and the heating unit not registering as connected. Contacting VRBO and property owner was quick, but no direct efforts were made in restoring the heat all weekend. If the heat was working, this review would have been 5 stars

    This spacious new constitution was visually pleasing and had plenty of room for us to spread out with the exception of the bathrooms. The driveway is steeply pitched causing our van to grind the pavement each time we entered/exited. Would have liked more details of what is/not available in the apt (hairdryer and kitchen items included, handsoap not in either bathroom). The beds were comfortable however the pillows were not. The towels are small and thin. Would have liked more details up front of what was expected of us (removing bedding, starting dishwasher/laundry) in the listing.

    Furnishings dirty and worn. No usable pots. Pots were old scratched and peeling teflon which is very toxic. Towels were stiff and grayish (dirty looking). I washed linens before and after we used them. 6 towels and 1 wash cloth?? No kitchen towel. I left the house in better shape than I found it

    Tips to make it 5++

    Just a few tips to make it even better.1) Add a paper towel holder 2)Maybe some type of hooks in the bathroom to hang towels3) Maybe a small cabinet in the bathrooms to place toiletries on top,4) pump hand soaps in bathrooms. 5)Make sure remotes working.I think the batteries were dead 6).A Repair..thats needed..we noticed that one of the light fixtures on the porch was hanging out of the socket area..it worked but needs repaired. Just a few points of fine tuning. The place was wonderful though and we loved the fireplace!!. Thank you from Cathy Zarillo

    Beautiful home in a great location.

    The house is beautiful and the location is great. Half block to the boardwalk and beach. Plenty of room with nice size bedrooms, beautiful kitchen and living room as well. Covered front porch with a view of the ocean. Parking for two cars and garage access is nice. We were able to bring our bikes and store them in the garage. There are two outside showers neither of which work same goes for the outdoor spigots they don’t work.

    It’s a great location and a newly renovated unit. Nice and clean. Only complaints would be the bathrooms are really small especially the master bedroom en-suite. They also didn’t think of the little things like there are no towel racks in the main bathroom. The towels were like tiny body towels. Overall I’d say it was overpriced for its size.

    Lovely new construction / renovation in fantastic location

    5 stars (1) because the location (half block from the boardwalk) and quality of renovation / design were really great — much better than other options in the same price range, and (2) in anticipation of the host rectifying the downsides of the visit (both minor and major).
