Newly renovated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom twin house Block and a half from the beac
Beautiful, modern and freshly remodeled home block and a half from the beach. This twin house located in the desirable south end of the island, just a few blocks to town and to a park with tennis, roller hockey, basketball and miniature golf. Acme grocery store , great restaurants, ice cream places ( Richmond's and Aunt B's ) all in the walking distance.
The home has all bedrooms upstairs and one bathroom. Second full bathroom is on the first floor.
Bedroom one has king size bed. Bedroom two has full size bed, bedroom three has two twin beds. Downstairs in living area sofa becomes a queen size bed. The house is equipped with 3 flat screen Samsung smart TVs: 65 inch in the living area, 55 inch in the master bedroom and 50 inch in a bedroom number three. Samsung washer and dryer in the laundry area.
There is a beautiful porch and deck area space to relax morning and night.
Enjoy your morning coffee or just simply grill at night !

Brigantine beach summer
Great location, short walk to beach, grocery store, community center with tennis and pickle ball courts. Home is newly redone, great kitchen and very comfortable, open concept with a private patio. Quiet neighborhood but very short drive to Atlantic City for restaurants and nightlife. Owner was very attentive and accessible. Definitely would stay here again and highly recommend this rental!

wonderful stay in Brigantine
We had a lovely stay in Brigantine. The house was exceptionally clean, great location, master bedroom is extremely spacious and beach tags were included. Outdoor storage is not the best, so we left our beach chairs and cabana in our car overnight, which was not a big deal, since there is easy parking in the back. Beach is about a 10 minute walk, or 2 minute bike ride. Atlantic City 10 minute drive. Would stay again.

Great get away spot
We enjoyed our stay at Julia's property. The house was recently renovated, super comfortable, and very clean. Julia was easy to work - when we had to check in a little later bc of the cleaning service schedule, she nicely offered to let us stay later on our checkout date, which worked out perfectly. The only downside is that the walk to the beach is a little long for kids, so if you have small children, you will definitely need a wagon to carry things. We very much enjoyed our stay and thought the house was perfect.

Great property in Brigantine
Julia's house in Brigantine is a perfect getaway spot in the Jersey Shore. The house has recently been fully renovated and it was spotless when we arrived. It's walking distance to the beach, grocery store, and other shops within Brigantine. Julia was also very responsive and was very easy to work with. I would highly recommend her house if you are looking for a great stay in Brigantine!

Gorgeous home at the beach
Beautifully decorated home an easy walk to the beach. Close to restaurants and the supermarket. A perfect place to get away from the stress of everyday life and relax. Julia was very responsive to all of our questions. Thank you for a lovely week in Brigantine!

Beach gateaway
My family and I had an amazing time at Julia's house. The house looks recently renovated and was very clean when we arrived. We felt it had everything we needed to be comfortable for a family beach vacation: washer and dryer, BBQ, outside seating, beach chairs, AC. It's located a block and a half to the beach and also close to a supermarket and various restaurants. Highly recommended!
