I have stayed at enough hotels and every single one has had the same policy. A deposit on your credit card when you check in. This is my third time staying at this hotel and I have always found the young ladies working the front desk to be extremely helpful, polite, and the check-in process was always less than 2 minutes. I'll be back.

The staff was nice. The room, though, wasn’t very clean. There was an exposed pipe in the shower where the cap fell off. The toilet was dirty. The breakfast wasn’t great. Eggs were terrible. Not sure if powdered or frozen egg patties. Tables were never cleaned. But was close enough to boardwalk. For the prices we paid for Ubers next time I’ll pay more and bokm a hotel right on the boardwalk. A bit disappointed
