Room was clean but it did have a strange smell when you first walked in. The strangest issue was the toilet. It is about a foot off the ground. I am only 5’5 and it was super low for me I can’t imagine a person 6’0 and over using this toilet.

I was actually a little disappointed on this trip. I get that discounted rooms, especially in the smoking section, are in older parts of the hotel. I have no problem with that. But, on this particular trip the room wasn't as clean as usual. I found a beer cap on the floor, one of the drawers was stuck with what looked like something that had spilled, the desk lamp was a little jiggy, and there was a stain on the sheers.

The room and bathroom were nice & spacious. The chair and vanity in the bathroom are a nice touch. However, the bathroom floor should not be a tiled porcelain that could result in possible & unwanted slippage or falling. Better that it be a short-cut absorbant fabric to prevent slippage. Also, if you're truly interested in the quality of service in your hotel, then you ought to have in-room dining available until 2am. We realize you prefer to have your patrons in the casino but not everyone prefers late evening wagering or gambling. The option of in-room dining in the late hours of the evening would be a nice amenity. Don't tell people you care about the quality of their stay in your property -- show it. Your ownership should know this or they should go back to school to learn something.

Horrible experience and absolutely not kid-friendly. The moment you walk into the casino, the smell of cigarettes hits you immediately. I booked a non-smoking room, yet the entire hallway — and even my room — smelled strongly of smoke. The windows don’t open, there’s no microwave, and the “fridge” is only a refrigerator with no freezer. I had two children with me, and the air quality alone made it impossible for us to stay. My room was non-refundable, and I still chose to leave for health reasons. Parking is inconvenient unless you pay for valet, because the garage is located across the street and the other garage is really far from check-in. On top of that, you’re not allowed to bring your luggage cart to your car if it’s self Park. You have to check in, call for a bellman, go up to your room to wait for them, and then return to your car with them. There’s no simple option to unload luggage at the front entrance. The staff definitely rely heavily on tips for this process. This is exactly how it played out and I’m sure it’s probably a little bit different but that’s how I remembered it. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families or for kids with allergies and or special needs
