The room I booked wasn’t the room I received. They said at check in that the 3rd parties mess up like this. I was given a handicap room instead of the two beds with different sides. It wasn’t the room I booked. I’m very upset. I came with family for my birthday and didn’t get was I paid for.

The first room we stayed in had guests next door smoking cigarettes and Marijuana, so we got moved to a new room. There was a brochure for room service, after 45 mins and 16 phone calls with the last one to the front desk, we were told that the room service is a third party company that when busy just doesnt answer the phone. 30 mins later as we were almost asleep my phone began to ring (it was the room service number) i answered and for 30 seconds they stayed on the line breathing like a scream movie while I said hello and repeatedly asked if they could hear me. But what was totally awesome was while rolling over to answer the phone the damn bed broke. I'm 250lbs not 600.... a king size bed shouldnt break from me rolling over. It was at this point 10:30pm and the wife and i said enough is enough and we pavked up and drove home in the middle of the night. When checking out there was no apology or asking what could be done to make it right the lady at the desk just said "ok" checked us out and said "we'll see you next time" umm actially ya wont and ill never recommend staying here to anyone.

I felt like they nickel and dime you for every little thing I find it to be ridiculous to have to pay $25 a day for parking for the hotel when you’re staying there don’t you think I should’ve had parking included with my room?!!!!!!!

Great upgrades.... I stay here often. The water park, arcade and go kart track kept the kids busy the entire weekend. Adult only pool and bar made my day.... I could sit pool side and watch the games on the huge screens.... great place to stay in AC

Clean no issues reception was great . Checking in and out ..had a blast at the water park , arcade , and race track .. rain the whole weekend but everything was in side the hotel so it was Perfect and didn’t affect our fun .
