I was waiting to put my review because im waiting on my discount & refund that i probably won't be recieving because theyre so "busy". Dealing with Gio & Reyna. Anyway im 8 months pregnant. Our first day of check in our room was HOT the ac wouldnt go under 65 & kept shutting off in room 406. At 1am we had to move to another room to another floor because i was literally dying & couldnt sleep. Get to new room 242, much cooler. Next day after pool taking a shower no hot water. Figured maybe just in that moment let it slide didnt say nothing yet since we complained so much about ac. Day of check out showering again, again no hot water. When i checked out spoke with Gio "front desk manager" he asked what i wanted & i said just some type of refund, discount should not have dealt with any of that. Said to call back monday cause he needed an approval & she wasnt answering i said okay. Called Monday still didn't speak with Reyna cause shes so busy. Im like okay well now what ?? Like definitely should be handling my issues. Said to try calling back or hed call me back but nothing yet & its thursday now. Hopefully this will help others not get screwed over like myself.

Jennifer, the part-time worker Giovanni need a full-time with a full-time worker were amazing. They make sure we need anything we were last minute. They accommodate us on the moment we walked in the door and we have nothing but kudos for the whole team even guys behind the scene housekeeping and that the groundskeepers everybody was amazing and the pool was perfect. It was 5 feet. Like a personal size pool my own down for this location and I think the difference should be a little softer but if you have a bad problem, that’s the bed for you. It was comfortable. They are stiff.

Rooms don’t have fridges or microwaves Place is secluded & hard to find. Free breakfast was a complete joke. Free breakfast is a big thing for me & i was lied to I like that it’s pet friendly but there’s a fee with that.

The room smelled stale like it had not been cleaned in a while. My boyfriend I were kinda of scared to sleep there. Dark & dingy looking. Glad it was only for a night, but for $260, I really want my money back. The shower took a while to get hot.

The property was clean. The room that we rented was clean. The shower wasn’t all that great but the bathroom was clean. There was no microwave in the rooms. Using the microwave on the floor was inconvenient and really dirty. We seen a pool on site, but it was really small. Overall, it’s the best one outside Atlantic City if you are not staying on the Beach. Conveniently located 15 minutes from AC.

A major disappointment.

No one at front desk to check me in. Had to wait 20 minutes for someone to show up to complete checkin. No coffee maker in room. Complementary breakfast doesn’t open till 8;00 & extremely poor choices. I was there two nights. No housekeeping during the time. One working elevator that creaked and groaned.
