This hotel has slowly gone down hill. I took a shower and then went to bed. Wasn’t long before I got itchy and got bit on the back…not sure by what. Then on the third and final night the itchy feeling was at it’s worst…terrible! Security is also an issue. Last time I stayed, the side access door to the complex was only opened via your hotel magcard after hours. This time the door would not even shut closed…anyone could walk in at any hour. I had to go back to the front desk twice as the magcards stopped working. Ugg…

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We would definitely consider staying again when we are in town.

The room was clean but definitely dated and could use some updates. There was no elevator, so carrying luggage up the stairs was a bit of a hassle. On Sunday morning, there was some kind of ceremony by the pool that was very loud around 7 a.m., which made it hard to sleep in. The bed itself was okay, but the pillows were very uncomfortable — I actually ended up buying one at Walmart. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there are definitely some things that could be improved.

There was a strong musty odorin the room. The TV had 2 remote controls. You had to use one to turn the tv on and adjust the volume, and the other for all other.

We had 2 suites. One of them was completely updated and great. The other was musty smelling and half the lamps did not work. The hallway was extremely hot and dirty. It would seem to be in the managements best interest to make sure when a reservation includes more than one room, to make sure the quality of both rooms is identical.

We were glad to find an efficient property with friendly staff after getting refused from the Days Inn Atlantic after mentioning our pets were cats. They had no issue with that here and just charged the usual pet fee. The room was easy to get to and was very clean and spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

We stay here because it’s convenient but not a great hotel. I killed 3 bugs in the bathroom the first night. Breakfast is mediocre. Coffee tasted like instant coffee. Pool was closed for maintenance. Staff was nice. It was quite but overpriced for the quality.
