Nous avions réservé une chambre non-fumeur et avons eu une chambre fumeur. Nous avons dû demandé d’être changé de chambre et la réceptionniste nous en a donné une autre. Que de temps perdu…

The 2 issues I had was that they state they offer breakfast when what they should say is they offer cereal, waffles and bread to toast no butter, jam or peanut butter and that is all. We actually went and ate breakfast elsewhere because of this. If there had been muffins, fruit, yogurt drinks besides coffee like individual juice or milk it would have been better. And I found a dirty wash rag hanging over the shower curtain along with stained sheets.

I slept on top of the bedding. I have my own blankets, it doesn’t look safe for my skin. But the staff was nice.

The only good thing from this stay was the bed. The room was musky smelling, nearly everything in the bathroom was broken.

THEY MADE WE HAD EVERYTHING THAT WAS NEEDED AND CAME ON TIME TO CHECK FOR CLEAN OR DIRTY TOWEL AND TOILET PAPER. THE SERVICE WAS GREAT

Jojo was really helpful and it was quite nice. People smoked in the non-smoking rooms though.
