Usually stay on the suite side or efficiencies and I 100% see why I do that. The price is fluctuate so much on here that sometimes it’s kind of hard to figure out what room to get, i’ve paid a lot less for rooms to be honest that we’re better than the one that I just had stayed in and it wasn’t even remotely soundproof hence the reason why late checkout was asked for then proceeded to tell us we had to pay 60$ to stay till 1-2 lmfao when you should accommodate guests that are unsatisfied with their stay because I didn’t get enough sleep because of the neighbor, It sucks coming her like 2-4 times a month and you guys not care at all, because it really usually is so peaceful and the housekeepers so nice so even having to write this sucks. You guys also don’t tell anyone that the keys don’t work if you put them next to a phone. I’ll post pictures next time because the suite we got had wet cigs in the window, hair on towels and the fire alarm was covered in plastic like what, you also like to leave used dish soap and rolls of tp on the roller and fold them like it’s new and it’s gross I don’t want to use the last persons toliet paper I don’t pay for that. Because as a cleaner myself I was not happy this was the worse experience ever.

This was okay would think about this stay next tim

The bathroom was very dirty meaning the floors were sticky and the sink was also dirty. The floor near the desk and the bed was lifting and I had to be careful not to hurt my toe. The guest next to me were very loud and screaming and I didnt want to call the front desk because I don't like confrontation. I feel as both hotel merge they should be the same with the quality of the rooms. My mother and sisters room was inside and their room was much more cleaner and my room looked run down from the cleanliness of the walls and no iron in the room.

Well some reason my reservations were screwed up after I spoke to the hotel and hotel com to make sure we were all set went out Saturday morning came back to our doors locked went to office the reservation said for 1 day only so we had to pay for 2 rooms for another night. Then we had police excitement with unotfly people next door. And I was still charged for the rooms by the hotel after you already took the money out and paid the hotel we didn't get the right rooms
