The property is tucked behind a row of restaurants and retail, so a little hard to find. It's not really a walkable area, but easy access to what I needed around Auburn. The TVs had never been set up in my unit and maintenance had already left for the weekend, so that wasn't great. Amenities are minimal, but functional (no bathmat, no paper towels).

Excellent experience at this property! The only thing I wasn't aware of was that it wasn't staffed 24/7. Luckily I was arriving before 8 PM when the lobby closed, and I believe there were other methods for checking in, but I wish that would have been Made more clear upon booking. Otherwise, zero complaints.!

Rooms are very spacious, fairly clean but our room did not have pillow cases on the pillows and the door was not fully closed when we checked in. It was nice that it has a kitchen and living room area, full size fridge. Also, no hairdryer and only Shampoo and body wash in shower so bring your own conditioner and hair dryer. Otherwise, decent and close to campus which was a bonus.

The plus was the kitchen space & living room area . Upon arriving , there was hair in the bed . Crumbs all over the floor , and the tub was dirty . We went to get cleaning supplies from the dollar store to wipe everything down . They also don’t give you fresh towels . There’s never anyone at the front desk when you need assistance with something . They need to improve the cleanliness overall .

It’s bizarre this place is rated so highly. Our room had not been cleaned, sink and shower had hair in the them, the floors hadn’t been swept. There was no toilet paper in the room and the toilet paper holder was broken. They did not offer a discount or anything. Just offered to come clean, but we were gone all day and our dogs were there so that wasn’t a practical solution, definitely not staying here again.
