Check in was a breeze. The hotel is in a fantastic location, a short walk to everything Ponsonby has to offer. The room itself was small but had everything the 4 of us required. The only issue we had was a front door that was very hard to open, so much so our 13 year old couldn’t open it. Gotta love free parking and the 1 min drive to get on the motorway north. We will be back!

I appreciate that the staff/management are agreeable and considerate people, and my stay went well without any issues. Parking is on site, and location is very good. Rooms are spacious as well, with areas to smoke in the hallways and balconies!

Property is conveniently located and priced decently, the 1 bedroom rooms had sufficient space for 3 to 4 persons. The balcony offers a clear view of the Sky Tower as well!

Great place for a stop over in Auckland

Our stay overnight was on the way from Rotorua to the Bay of Islands, and was excellent for one night. The managers were friendly and very helpful. The room was a good size and the spa bath was very clean and it was relaxing to have a spa bath after a big day out. The motel was on a main road which could put people off, but it didn't worry us. The city centre was not too far away.

There are two restaurants right across the street, a convenience store attached to a gas station close by. We ate at an amazing Thai place Onzon de 5 mins walk away. (Highly recommend) free parking off street was fantastic. Check in and check out super simple. Air conditioner was great and quiet. Loved that there was a microwave and fridge and dishes ect. The room is a bit worn but super clean and the bed was comfortable. I have no complaints! The price was perfect. The shower was fantastic. I’d come again.
