Bay Views on Burrell is a premium family home with stunning views overlooking the beach and the ocean beyond. Close to Oneroa, a few minutes walk to Surfdale and Blackpool beaches and with great transport links to the rest of the island, this is the perfect place to relax and unwind with family or friends.

This is a stunning house, with hardwood floors, luxury tiles, high-end furniture and tasteful artwork creating the perfect Waiheke environment.

The house is a split level design, making the most of the stunning views. The main home offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, walk-in wardrobe and modern bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. At the other end of the corridor are two gorgeous queen-sized bedrooms made up with luxury linens. There is a further shared bathroom with large shower and underfloor heating. There is also a bunk room which can be used for two additional guests if required.

On the lowest level you reach the main living area which is open plan with sliding doors opening onto a large wrap around deck offering superb views over Surfdale beach.

In the lounge area there is a 75 inch smart TV with all Sky Channels, Apple TV, high speed Wifi and a Bose sound system for entertainment. Indoor dining and covered outdoor dining areas allow you to make the most of the views whatever the weather.

There is a modern well equipped kitchen, with double oven, gas stove and espresso machine. A large American style fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. A large walk-in pantry area gives you all the space you need to cook up a storm.

You will find the house modern, comfortable and very well equipped and it is sure to create many fantastic holiday memories.

The house permits a maximum of 6 occupants unless the bunk room is organised by special arrangement.

Please note that a 7-night minimum stay is required from the 20th Dec to the 10th January, a 3-night minimum stay for long weekends and 2-night minimum stay at all other times.
