Lovely modern hotel with peaceful decor and really nice touches like the automatic night light that comes on when you get out of bed. The tv is the only glitch we had it kept disappearing so I ended up casting from my phone to watch the sports will definitely stay again.

Very comfortable quality accommodation in a spacious modern room, with touches of luxury. Lots of night time street noise. Attentive and helpful staff. Be aware of an uninformed practice of scanning photo ID at check-in. View from the “Vantage King Room” on Level 2 was directly into the Conference Centre, so if you want a view be sure to request it. Would stay again 👍

Very nice staff — great location, but noisy hotel, constant alarms & feels like a bit of a ‘hotel in training.’ We had zero communication when booking or post booking that they’d be doing fire alarm drills, which has been most disruptive as we work from 4 AM - 11 AM and take a nap each day before sightseeing and the alarm occurs each day next door at Sky City which we can hear right during our nap. The first two days we did not have our cups or glasses cleaned / refreshed, but oddly the rest of the room was totally cleaned! Very earnest and warm staff, but having stayed in many 5 star hotels this feels more like a student - run hotel / hospitality training school than an established 5 star. Very comfortable beds, clean, good CBD location

The hotel is in a very convenient spot especially if you want to be close to the downtown financial district, and there is an abundance of dining options and services nearby. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, and the room maintenance and service is excellent. If there is one downside to the hotel is that the parking is very confusing and takes a bit of getting used to.
