We enjoyed our stay but had technical issues (the room control computer was frozen in "checked out") that delayed settling in for a few hours that would have been resolved by better comms between the employees.

Stayed at Horizon Hotel and had a great experience! The rooms were clean and well-presented, and the beds were incredibly comfortable — easily one of the best night’s sleep I’ve had in a while. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. Would definitely stay again!

The Horizon hotel was lovely and new, with very comfortable rooms with all the amenities. I had a lovely stay. I did have to queue for both check in and check out, so would have been good to have more staff on, but otherwise can’t complain. Thank you :)
