The hotel staff was exceptional. The bed was probably the most comfortable during my 3.5 week stay in NZ! We were very lucky and had a room on the 23rd floor (corner room) with an amazing view of the harbor. The room was quite, clean and super comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel!

I don’t usually bother writing reviews but the value for money here was amazing! We booked a twin room with our toddler and had breakfast each morning the hotel was lovely and the staff were so nice. The breakfast was so good!!! And the room was a great size. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful hotel with a great location. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Rooms clean and very comfortable. Bonus was our room on the 22nd floor that had a fantastic view of the harbor. Hotel restaurant had consistently delicious food and great service. Would definitely recommend this hotel and return if ever again in Auckland.
