Liked the price, breakfast, staff very helpful. Beds were hard, ok for one night. We could have done with a mattress topper. Landscaping is pretty austere. Room door didn’t have a secondary security catch.

Great place to overnight near Auckland Airport
Room was spartan but very clean and modern. Beds comfortable, and complimentary breakfast included several hot items like scrambled eggs, hash browns, toast, sausage, hot cakes and so on, as well as the usual fare of muesli, cereals, juices and coffee. Overall, made for a comfortable night of rest before a long international flight the next day.

Very Nice, but Remote
I needed a place to stay by the airport and this very nice property worked well at this new small hotel. My experience with hotels around the AKL airport has been very disappointing with the often worn down or too-expensive-for-what-you-get properties. This hotel was priced well (not inexpensive, but certainly not overpriced) and was very clean and comfortable. The location is a bit remote and in an industrial area so there isn't much to do around it and very limited dining, although the property offers a nice, light morning breakfast and in-room delivery from a few restaurants in the area. The transportation to/from the property works well for NZ$8 each way, but maybe a bit expensive considering the many stops to get to/from the property. But at least it is easy to find and use from the airport terminal. The staff is very friendly and I certainly would stay here again.

We loved the breakfast. The hotel was around the corner from our car rental company so we could just walk.
