Would have like access back to room through the stairs leaving room came down stairs but going back up had to wait for another hotel person so I could be with someone in lift as I don’t like been by myself in lift had a terrible fright years ago so can’t go by myself in lift but otherwise excellent

Parking near the hotel is difficult, but you can book a car park for $30 a night. Once in the carpark itsceasy to get to the rooms using a lift. My room was very spacious with a separate bedroom. I willbstay here again

Positives... Loved the bed. First time staying anywhere where the bed was so comfy and i didnt wake up with a sore back. Staff were lovely, and the apartment rooms clean and tidy. Negatives... Photo's online didnt reflect the actual rooms. We had family staying in 5 separate apartment rooms and none of them looked like the online photos. Parking outside chaos if you arrive with several other guests. If cars are parked alongside the buildings you end up blocking the road for ppl wanting to exit. Its a small lane. Parking under building wasnt that bad. No good for big utes. We had a fire emergency and had to evacuate the biilding around 3 in the morning. The fire alarms do work, however no voice message in rooms or hallways stating what to do, until we saw ppl walking into stair wells - when u got to the ground floor, then u heard the announcement to evacuate the building.

Good stay

Great to have full kitchen facilities in room. Oven, microwave, full size fridge/freezer. Good they offer parking at an extra cost and recommend booking in advance. Was worried after reading reviews about the carpark, but actually it wasn’t that bad to enter/exit if you’re experienced. Overall a good stay for a couple of nights

I guess you get what you pay for and if you only want to have a place to sleep for the night then this is the place to stay. The room was nice, but we struggled to get out of the carpark as the ground was slippery, access to the hotel was dangerous as the steps are steep and slippery, moreover the pool wasn’t opened. Definitely won’t come stay here ever again.

Perfect apartment, dishwasher,washing machine and drier available! So close to the hospital! Was grateful to be able to park there, but a tricky scarey drive to get to the carpark area!

For the price, a very nice apartment with full kitchen and lounge and a washer and dryer in the room. I wouldn’t use Expedia for the booking if you are staying more than a day as cancellation or changes are only possible on day 1 before 5 PM. I was supporting my wife in the hospitsl, a great location for that, just over Grafton Bridge. So I booked for five nights. She got out in four so no refund for the night I wasn’t there. The parking rate is reasonable but is first come first serve in tight spiral levels. I left the car there the whole time. Leaving the carpark, the grade of the ramp is so steep that my wheels spun with no traction. It had rained and I guess there was years of oil dripping from cars. I backed up to the rear of the ramp and got enough momentum to get out but they should steam clean it or resurface it. Otherwise a nice stay.

Great location, nice spacious rooms, modern. There were a few broken light fixtures in our room and the towel rail was behind the dryer but otherwise amazing. The onsite parking is underground and it was a bit of a tight fit but fantastic to have a convenient parking location.

Parking is worst. Checking timing is 4PM so if your flights arriving 4:30 in the morning then about 12 hrs you just wander around. Property people said if you book directly then they would let you check-in early plus you get discount in their parking charges.
