Great staff, wonderful place to stay even during rainy days. The covered private spa area is a winner every-time. We come here annually for our getaways to unwind form the city life.

The bed is way too old and saggy needs to be replaced in unit 3 We do how ever enjoy staying there for the geothermal pool and we're regulars there Thank you

Just need a bit of CRC on the door. Try to open and close it and sometimes it wont open until you wiggle it backwards and forwards a bit, then it opens.

Overall, this is a great place to stay for relaxation in the hot tub. The check-in process is great when you can just drive straight to your room. The only issue we had was that the previous guest didn't report the broken TV, so we went without it for the night. But we were only there for the mineral hot tub, so we didn't miss the TV.

Please tell Louise that her recomendation for the White Cross Clinic was perfect. I saw the nurse and Dr within 30 minutes and got the meds I needed and got cured overnight.
