convenient
air con wasn't working but the duty staff ran around to sort it out. they had to go into all the apartments to find out who had turned their aircon off at the wall (where it says dont turn off). seems an inconvient system. but got sorted within an hour. was a very hot and stuffy apartment for an hour though. nothing offered for any inconvenience though. but it was fixed and staff were very nice and helpful.

Great place
