The Space:

Tiri Heights is designed around sunlight, sea views, and comfortable living. The open-plan lounge, dining, and kitchen area feels bright and welcoming, with wide bi-fold doors opening to a generous deck overlooking the bay. It’s an easy place to slow down, morning coffees outside, long lunches on the deck, and warm, relaxed evenings watching the light change over the water.



Indoors, the living area is stylishly furnished with coastal textures and soft colours that match the calm of the bay. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for simple meals or shared dinners, and the dining table sits beside the windows to keep the sea views in sight.



Both bedrooms are comfortable and quietly positioned, each with a queen bed and a soft, restful feel. The bathroom is modern and bright, with good space and everything you need after a beach day or vineyard visit.



Tiri Heights is quietly elevated, private, and still within easy walking distance to Oneroa village, Oneroa Beach, and local wineries, an ideal mix for a relaxing Waiheke break.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the home, deck, outdoor seating/BBQ area, and off-street parking.

Check-in is from 2:00pm and check-out is 10:30am.

Early check-ins and late check-outs can sometimes be arranged for a small fee when there are no back-to-back bookings.

This location is one of the best on the island, elevated and peaceful, yet only minutes from everything in Oneroa.



A 5–7 minute walk brings you to Oneroa Village, home to cafés, bakeries, boutique shopping, wine bars, grocery stores, galleries, and everything needed for an easy holiday.

Buses run from Oneroa to Onetangi, stopping near major wineries including The Heke, and continue on to the ferry at Matiatia.

Taxis and shuttles are available, though they can be limited during peak times.



There is easy parking at the property if you bring a car.



Other Things to Note:

The home uses rainwater tanks, so please be mindful of water use.

• Minimum stays: 7 nights mid-December to mid-January, 3 nights all holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times.

• No pets and not suitable for children under 8 years old.
