Nice quiet evening in Thomson.

Good place to stay prior to a meeting. Bed was comfortable, good strong water pressure for shower. Quiet environment. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good and the kitchen staff made us feel at home.

Stayed in Room 323 and experienced very little hot water for two days, which made basic needs like showering nearly impossible. More alarmingly, the fire exit door was not functioning, posing a serious safety hazard to guests and staff. As a former fire chief, I find this unacceptable and dangerous. I reported both issues to staff at checkout, but these need urgent attention. Potential guests should be aware until resolved.

Overall nice stay! Great price! Only negative I would say is there was a lady banging on a door 3’doors down from our room waking our entire family up. She was feeling from around 1 am to 2:30am when the police finally came & took her away. Nice& quiet the second night.

Property was very run down with caution tape around the back. Abandon cars parked next to the front lot. We main lobby was very dark and smelled bad. It was not what we had been presented on the Expedia website. No one was at the desk around 12:30 on 10/4, to answer questions so we left.

The room was clean and very welcoming. The outside of the hotel seemed to be in the process of an overhaul. We asked if the pool was opened and told it was and it was dirty and the pool needs to be resurfaced as paint was peeling off of the bottom of the pool that you could clearly see and there were no lounge chairs to lounge in while sitting around the pool.

Pleasantly surprised

The hotel is nice. It was clean and quiet. It could use a few updates. I was quite surprised we have a jacuzzi tub in the room. The bed was very comfortable. There is a place to keep food in the room. It is like a bar. The breakfast was good.
