We booked a room for 5 people. Knew it had 2 queen beds and assumed it had a pullout couch or room for a rollaway bed. Upon checking in, there was no couch and when we asked for a rollaway bed the staff was rude and the least helpful she could be. She said a rollaway bed wouldn’t fit in the room, and when I questioned why they would give us a room that only sleeps 4 when our reservation clearly indicated 5 people she said she couldn’t do anything about it. We got our stuff and left. Really disappointed and upset because we’d already paid for the room. Be nice if the hotel or Expedia gave us a refund??????

When we checked in the customer service was amazing. However, every staff member after check in was rude and unprofessional, the room was not serviced at all, leaving us with no towels and our bedding not refreshed.

Upon arrival on Friday evening, the stay commenced positively. The receptionist demonstrated exceptional courtesy and professionalism. Subsequently, a smoke detector malfunctioned 6:00 AM Saturday morning (August 9) and lasted ALL day, necessitating the provision of an alternative. At 7:10 PM, I engaged in a conversation with the General Manager and was given another room at 8:00 PM that EVENING. I was advised to contact Hotel.Com Monday morning to initiate a refund for the day in question. Also, on Saturday morning, the individual responsible for serving breakfast exhibited rude behavior.

The room was fairly clean. We only had one small trash can, there was mold in the bathroom in the ceiling. Our last day there from 9am until 2 am the next day the alarm system constantly went off. It was very annoying. It was to the point my family could not sleep. I ended up reaching out to corporate to get my last night’s stay refunded.

Couple with 2 dogs. The pictures make it look more legit than it is. It’s in a rough and tumble area with lots of trash along the road and entering the hotel lot. Once inside, the place was decent. We had some confusion over the pet fee that was fixed before check out. The room feels wet, AC cools a corner of the room, and wall paper is peeling in the bathroom. Breakfast was awful. Over cooked eggs. Undercooked bacon. 17 other starch options. But it got the job done for the night.

Dirty floors and very loud traffic.

The floor was still wet when we got into the room, so we used a towel for drying. The towel was filthy when we were done. Obviously not mopped very well. The traffic noise from I-20 was awful.

Pathetic heck in experience

The young lady at the front desk must’ve been very inexperienced and didn’t realize that my reservation was prepaid. I insisted. She insisted I had to pay $400 for two rooms, so now I have to watch my bank account for no reason.
