Located in the quiet Magnolia Ridge subdivision, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and functionality.

The primary suite is complete with 65” TV, tray ceilings and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a garden tub, walk-in shower, and a private water closet.

Bedrooms 1 and 2 feature carpeting and plenty of natural light. These bedrooms can be furnished with a queen bed, a king bed or two twin-xl beds depending on sleeping preferences.

Wood floors flow throughout the main living areas. A second bathroom with spacious tub/shower combination directly off bedrooms 1 and 2.

The 18ft vaulted ceilings create an open and airy atmosphere perfect for entertaining or just relaxing. Sink into the leather furniture that all recline and capture tournament highlights the 75 inch TV. Kitchen offers all the amenities and small appliances you have at home and laundry facilities are available off kitchen.
