blattes ! ! !

quartier social,pas de nettoyage de chambre,des blattes qui courent partout,frigo insalubre avec de la nourriture des anciens locataires je déconseille vivement ! !

Very disappointed. Dirty hotel. Our non smoking room smelled like smoke.

Very bad reception from desk clerks. Very rude and obviously did not want to do her job. Obviously tried to make everything difficult as if not wanting to check us in for some reason.

It was not so good experience for me at all. it felt crowded, the bed was not comfortable for me at all. The kitchenette would not work at all. I even went there to complain about the stove not working. they said they will have maintenance man the next day but never did or came by at all until we check out. The bathroom towel were so wet and dirty when we first arrived. I woke up in the middle of the night seeing roaches in the bathroom crawling around. it was disgusting. The AC also went out as well. I was so freaking hot. I couldn’t sleep at all. I also heard neighbors fighting and loud talking. I want my full refund back. It was not worth paying those hotel for those price. I ended up forgetting to take pictures since I stay out all day.

Ball was completely dropped

Heater was broken blowing out freezing air while place was dirty the shower was gross even for me I had To wipe it down my self. There was no toilet paper the toilet full of human shit and paper the tv didn’t work and the phone to the front desks cord was cut I called on my phone four times to Get something done about this and no answer had to walk from the third floor back to to front desk and was told There were no other rooms available. And some one went and Checked the room just before they gave me the key too what the hell

Housekeeper was lazy never came to clean room or give clean towels and sheets or get trash
