Recently renovated cozy attic apartment in a 1930's house. This property is close to the Master's Golf Course, Ft. Gordon, the Medical District and Augusta University. Plant Votgle is 45 mins away. This unit has a private entrance from the outside. There is no access to the main house from inside the apartment. It's has one bedroom with a queen bed and a queen sleeper/sofa in the main room. It includes a full kitchen with a full size refrigerator with an ice maker, stove, oven, microwave, kitchen sink with cookware, dishes and utensils. New ceramic tile shower in the bathroom. All linens and towels, soap and shampoo and toilet paper provided. There is a gas grill for cooking outside and a fire pit with seating.
I had a conversation a few days earlier with the manager/owner about the attic where we were coming to spend Friday night; I told them I was there to do the cycling master nationals race and that we planned to arrive late on Friday after 9:30 p.m. And we were leaving at 5:00 a.m. when we got there. I never received instructions on how to enter the apartment; after we received the text and got in, oh my God! It felt like an oven at 150 degrees temperature. The AC was off with no open windows; it took almost to 3:00 a.m. to cool off because there was no AC unit; there were two window units for the entire place. Everything else was fine, but neither less to say, we were so upset, because the place was so HOT, that we did not give any attention to what the place look like.
My mother and I had a wonderful time ! We accidentally locked ourselves out đŹ and the house manager was right there to help us out !! Thank you for your wonderful customer service and for bailing us out !! We had a restful time in this lovely home.
The apartment was clean and well appointed. The neighborhood was quiet. We arrived after dark and were a bit concerned about the location and how safe the neighborhood would be. We never felt uncomfortable . Itâs seems to be in a transitional area. The property was big so there was a good buffer between the house and the neighbors. We spend some time on the patio. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. I would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable home base to visiting Augusta and surrounding areas.
Too bad I was in town on business. This would be an awesome place to chill and read books on a rainy Georgia day. The house is on a large lot on a quiet street. It was very relaxing.
Awesome! Very cozy and everything we needed, plus a little more
Really appreciated the ability to stay one night so close to the park in Augusta. The floor felt a little bit like there was some soap residue but the bed was so soft and clean, loved having the coffee maker and all the appliances, a fully functional bathroom and the living room was perfectly sized for comfortable hanging out even though my wife and I are on the tall side. Thanks so much for a nice place to stay! Hopefully be back soon!
